What are "Experimental Groups?"
In an experimental design like the current one, experimental groups are referred to as "treatment groups" and "control groups." In this study, there will be four different treatment groups each made up of participants that will be presented one version of the picture and description.
Many experiments include a control group that does not receive any treatment (for example if one group receives a drug and another group just receives a placebo, the first group would be called the treatment group and the second would be called the control group), This sample experiment does not include a control group.
